Helen Adams-Morales has been appointed to fill the vacant Professional Engineer position as part of the Alabama Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors (BELS). Adams-Morales late July appointment fills the open position left vacant by Charles Willis bringing the board back to its seven-member capacity.
