Our Board meeting held on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 was busy. The Board members and BELS Staff welcomed the newest Board member Mrs. Heather Page to the board. Mrs. Page is a licensed P.E. and has been practicing engineering for over 20 years. Mrs. Page filled the board seat held by Mr. Randall Whorton. Mr. Whorton's board term had expired.Mr. Whorton held a Board position from May 2015 to April 2025 (10 years). Mr. Whorton dedicated 10 years to he Board to ensure the Safety and Welfare of the citizens of Alabama were protected. Board Chair, Mrs. Nanette Baldwin presented Mr. Whorton with a plaque from BELS and a Resolution Letter from Senator Chambliss. Mr. Whorton's experience and knowledge with be missed. ...
